I thought I remembered that one of us (JD) stated once here that he had
observed at least one failure of the "using terms from" system, and as far
as I remember no-one denied.

I don't remember any such thing, nor am I aware of any bugs with "using terms from", though that's not to say it's impossible. Does anyone else know what Emmanuel is talking about?
