Steve, did you get either of the messages I sent you off-list? In addition
to returning the HTML that you've been writing to a file, you need to
return the correct HTML header. If you've never worked with CGIs before,
you may not even realize that every page delivered to the browser includes
a non-rendering header. When you generate the page via a CGI, you get
total responsibility for generating the header too.
