Thank you very much for your detailed reply and acknowledgment of the
scripting problems in PD, Chris. I dimly recall happening on that 'address
0' business above, for a start. Is that documented anywhere? Then there were
things like the email address actually being recorded in the first custom
field, or something of that sort, and not in the designated email field. And
quite a bit more like that: I can't remember all the details but might be
able to check to see whether I saved a script I wrote for someone after much
travail. There were about 14 things that were 'wrong' in a short 30-line
script. That's when I swore "never again". I'll gladly try it out again
if/when you fix and document all these things in a 'supported' version.
