Front I can understand - but given a set of apps - what determines whose
last?
Isn't it arbitrary depending on how they're sorted? Either by
launch-order or alphabetically... sounds like the ordering you want is a
reflection of use history, rather than any "real" layering... so whatever
source this ordering would come from would have to be notified of each
activation to maintain the "use-stack" - I'm guessing the OS doesn't
maintain this anywhere (but I'm not a "real" programmer so I could be
wrong)
Look like it'd need to be an extension.
