Scripts for Script Debugger 3.0

  • Subject: Scripts for Script Debugger 3.0

I have updated a couple of scripts to work with the new version 3.0 of
Script Debugger. (They work with Script Debugger 2.0, too.)

Join Comments and Split Comment are scripts to be placed in the Editing
Tools subfolder of Script Debugger 3.0's Scripts folder. Split Comment
splits any "--" comment line into two "--" comment lines at the insertion
point. Join Comments performs the reverse operation, joining two "--"
comment lines into one "--" comment line. They are very smart about white
space.

I originally wrote these scripts for Script Debugger 1.0 because I am a
perfectionist and a neatnik. I am forever rewriting the comments in my
scripts to make them more exact and informative, and I want all the comment
lines to have approximately the same lengths. I got tired of changing the
lengths manually.

You'll find both scripts at:
