What's the
easyest
most international compatible
way

to open a help book with the Help Viewer

(whose name is "Visualisation Aide" in french,
and "I don't what" in ???,
but whose file creator is "hbwr" ;-)

French is my first language, Dutch my second and ...
AppleScript my third.
