Scripting Netscape Communicator 4.7

I am trying to create a new mail message in Communicator 4.7 with the
properties filled in and then send the message. I haven't been able to even
create a new message window. Is there a trick to doing this or is
Netscape's scripting capabilities a little lax. Thanks.
