Again, Steven, I admire your website, and I don't want to take issue with you personally. But I'd be remiss if I failed to tell the list that your feelings about FaceSpan's usability are not shared by everyone.
My main point was not about the usability of FaceSpan. Rather it was about the support of the product (or lack of). I am glad FaceSpan brings you the results you want, but I will be very surprised if you can honestly tell me that they have given you, as a developer, any support.
