Scripter
a replacement for the "Script Editor" from Apple
{I've never had the pleasure}
Script Debugger
a replacement for the "Script Editor" from Apple
{I use this because of the debugger support}
Smile
a *free* replacement for the "Script Editor" from Apple
{I used this once... may try again someday, it's intriguing...}
FaceSpan
a replacement for the "Script Editor" from Apple AS WELL AS, and
primarily known for, the ability to create "applications" with windows,
palettes, menus, etc.
{I also use this, but only for the GUI stuff, the editor is heinous}
The site "macscripter.net" is about the best compendium of what's out
there, but for in-depth review of versions of applescript see Bill
Cheeseman's "www.applescriptsourcebook.com"
