Chris,

Thank you for replying to this thread. It's good to know that someone at
Palm is interested in what's said here. I hope some good comes of it.

Palm, Inc. does mention Applescript in their literature. The latest Palm
Desktop FAQ that I can find lists "Applescript Support" as a new feature
bullet item. No qualification as to the degree of support is mentioned.
Also, prior to the Claris Organizer version of Palm Desktop, Palm did make
statements that AS would be supported - that's how I (and I'll guess most
other people) knew to look for the dictionary.

Aside from making the few dictionary changes you mentioned, we'd all benefit
from a few other enhancements...

(-) Add Categories to the Calendar. I can't tell you how many times I've
had to go back and recategorize them myself
(-) Have the Palm Desktop correctly create Note titles as described in
<http://www.palm.com/support/macintosh/attachnotemac.html>
(-) Make hot syncing work through the IR port on PowerBooks. This is also
"unsupported" on Mac's but appears to have been implemented for Windows with
the 3.5 upgrade.

Again, thanks for listening. We all hope to hear from you soon,

-Irwin
