Hmmm. You weren't explicit about the way you ran that. When I save

display dialog (path to me as text)

as a script application and then double click it, it gives me the proper path and the name I gave to the script, just as I would expect. When run within the editor it gives me the path to the editor.

What did you run and how did you run it to get the designation "CurrentScript".
