Error type 10

I have a stay-open script server app that on rare occasions ( three
times now ) generates a type 10 error...

"Error type 10 - SDM Jump Table could not be initialized."

...and bombs the box. boom.

Hard to debug when it runs for days or weeks without incident and then
locks the box. I guess I can run MacsBug to get more info, but more
indecipherable info probably won't help me solve it.
Anyone here know this beastie?

Additional error info...
Choosing Restart from the dialog just returned a System Error - "CHK
error". The closest to that I fine in MacErrors.h is error 5-dsChkErr-Check
trap error.
