Your are in luck, I have such a tool for Acrobat 4.0
and it is free. Go to to the following URL and
and download "PDF Merge".
http://homepage.mac.com/dscv
Unpack the file with Stuffit. To use PDF Merge
drop a folder of PDF files on the PDF merge icon.
The PDF files must be unlocked and will be merged
in alphabetical order.
