I'm sure this can be solved with AppleScript (I'll leave it to others to
describe how). However, you probably don't want to send messages to that
many individual recipients, anyway. You would be better off using a mailing
list. You might want to find out if your ISP supports mailing lists and
subscribe every faculty member to it. If they don't, you can find free and
for-fee mailing list services around the Internet (sorry, I don't have any
recommendations).
