Christine,
From the "right tool for the job" department.... you've had suggestions to
using mailing list software and to use multiple groups in Eudora.
My suggestion is a blend of the two. Use SIMS (Stalker Internet Mail Server -
free - www.stalker.com) and create a distribution list for an email address.
Send the message to that address, and it distributes to everyone. I'm sure
you can create multiple distributed email addresses to send to arbitrarily
large numbers of people.
