mount volume OS 10.1 bug?

  • Subject: mount volume OS 10.1 bug?

I'm trying to mount a volume on OS 10.1 with the following command:

mount volume "afp://myIP/Users/" as User name "MacPrint" with
Password ""

The problem is that it prompts me for a password, but there is NO password
for that user! I've specified the password as "", this seems like a bug
to me. Anyone have any ideas on how to get around it?

I also tryed:
mount volume "afp:/at/myIP/Users/" as User name "MacPrint" with Password
""

As I've seen in earlier posts, but when doing it that way I get an error
of type -1029.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Ryan
