I am running MacOS 9.1, Eudora 5.1
running in Script debugger (both debugging and non debugging mode,
stepping and running),
from eudora's script menu and as script application.
Always yielding the same result.
I'm running OS 9.1, and Eudora 4.3.3. It works for me in Script
Debugger and Scripter whether stepping or not, it works as a script
application, and it works in Script Editor too. I can't get the error
you get. It may be a Eudora 5.1 bug.
