My colour coding is similar. I have variables red and values blue, which is just your scheme switched (I don't bold either). I don't care about uncompiled text, so it's still courier. And my references are gray. Otherwise it's a match. For what it's worth, I discovered that Cal's system is very close to mine. There was a difference in the comments and maybe one other. Whatever. As long as we can pick our own, I really don't mind what happens.
