now that's cool! i had to write a crude parser for Visual
FoxPro methods, with a database of keywords, to get the
same thing done in that (quirky but powerful) language. i
would suggest a feature from my VFP implementation that
might help the speed issue with longer scripts: seek new
variables only within the current handler or the selected
text.
