What I need help with is a script that can read a flat text file, with two

numbers (comma delimited most likely), and change the actual name of a JPG

Sooo ... In the flat text file, it would have something like this -

10-10203, 123455

xx-xxxxx, xxxxxx

... and so on ...
You are so lucky. Just last week I had the same task, and wrote a script that
seems to do exactly what you need. I've posted it to my web site at
http://www.his.com/norton/
My script assumes all the files are in the same folder. Also, you'll need to
remove the space after the comma in the flat text file (unless you WANT a
leading space in the new file name.)
