Setting popup folders starting on RIGHT side of screen?

anyone know how to get popup folders to set starting at the RIGHT side of
the screen?

I'm writing a script that works great, resetting my popup folders, but it
wants to automatically set them at the LEFT side.

I'd be willing to go with an osax, if necessary.
