Tex-Edit Plus has a version for OS X. When I looked some time ago, there
were some scripting problems in X, but I'm pretty sure they'll have fixed
that by now. Check it out. (I'm in OS 9 at the moment, or I'd check again
myself.) TE+ is one of the best text editors there is, and is only $15 or
free, depending on you.
