Mattias,

You could use my shareware application, Script Timer, to do this. It will
run scripts at specific times or at time intervals. If you can put your
commands into an Applescript (or several if needed) you could schedule these
scripts to run at the time interval you want.

Just go to www.theboss.net/appsmore and click on the Shareware and Freeware
button for a further description, and to download the app (only about 132
K).
