Scriptable Text Editor v.1.1

Hi.

Having recently purchased Danny Goodman's "AppleScript Handbook", I went to
<www.dannyg.com/index.html> and picked up a copy of the files that used to be
distributed with the book.

Included amongst the files was a copy of "Scriptable Text Editor" v.1.1 which
opens all the text files pertaining to the examples from the book.

It seems to co-exist quite peaceably with my AS 1.6, SE 1.6 and copy of Smile 1.8
but I was curious as to the perceived wisdom of carrying on using such an old
piece of software.

Any thoughts greatfully received,

Regards,

Phil.
