MultiAd Creator 6 - "color space" broken?

  • Subject: MultiAd Creator 6 - "color space" broken?

I've finally got my upgrades from Creator 2 to Creator 6, and am working to
port some production scripts.

It appears that the property "color space" of graphic elements is broken.

This used to work in C2:

set myColor to color space of graphic element 1 of spread 1 of document 1

Under C6, it errors: "MultiAd Creator got an error: Can't make some data
into the expected type."

I use this to preflight files and check for images that may be either RGB
or LAB.

Get properties doesn't list color space, though it is in the C6 dictionary
as a r/0 property.

Is anyone else working with C6? Can you confirm this error?

I'm doing my development work on an iMac, OS 9.1, vanilla Applescript 1.6.
Security modules are loaded in extensions. The error is repeatable in
Scripter, Script Debugger and Script Editor.

TIA,
