The Language Guide has been updated to cover AppleScript 1.3.7; the other two
have never been updated. See
<http://developer.apple.com/techpubs/macosx/Carbon/interapplicationcomm/AppleScript/applescript.html>
for links to the ASLG in various forms -- html, PDF, or a printed copy from
fatbrain.

The Scripting Additions guide is still mostly accurate as far as it goes, but
the Finder Guide is completely obsolete.
