Paul,

Thanks for the pointer. Unfortunately, Applescript applets don't seem to
have a plst resource and are not bundled, so don't have an info.plist file.
In fact, I looked at several Carbon apps (applets are Carbon) and couldn't
find a plst resource anywhere.

Any other suggestions? Could I make the applet into an application bundle?
