There are known crashing bugs in both the release and development versions. You can avoid them by not using the command key feature, as the problems stem from subtle (or not) CarbonLib changes, and since OSA Menu patches traps it is dependant on calling sequences. At least, I think that's the problem.

Leonard and I are looking at it, but it's complicated and involves a lot of crashing. ;)
