Why don't we put together a set of starter resources that we can point
people to?
A place/thing that states things like:

What applescript can do ( just a sample )
Where are the best applescript resources? Script debugger, Web resources...
A basic 2-3 paragraph on how to get things done in AS.
Getting started lessons based upon the goal of the reviewer.
Glossary of AS related terms. Like what an OSAxen is.
COOL SAMPLES that DO STUFF with open source.

Ya know, things like that.
I feel that people need to learn the lay of the land or the gestalt of the
AS environment. For example, not having a message window ala Director just
blew my mind and changed the way I worked.
