Hi all,

I was planning to create a script that formats script code so that it can easily be emailed without lines being broken.

The idea was to script either the Script editor or SimpleText/TextEdit to count the characters of each line and then insert a 'joining' character (,) after say the 79th character. Or rather go back one word and insert it there.

Has anyone done this before? (it would save me 'inventing the wheel' all over).

Yep, it's been done more than once but this is the only one that I can locate at the moment.
