No, you're completely wrong. there's no bug. the original code asked for the
version of the Finder not of the OS. And the version of the Finder in OS
10.1.3 is in fact 10.1.2 - take a look. It's absolutely accurate. The later
posts were code to find the OS version rather than the Finder version. The
Finder does not offer that, so you have to get it another way. But there's
no bug.
