No such thing. Best option is to use a script that does what you need and
then shuts down for you. You could put this on a Finder window toolbar,
in the script menu, or if you have something like DragThing, assign a hot
key to it.

The effect will be exactly the same as having a shutdown script in
earlier OSes.
