I've been trying to find a way using AS that will let me select the text of
the hyperlink and change it's character style. The main reason that I'm not
just setting it in the first place is that I'm generating two PDF files, one
for press and one for the web, and I'd rather not have the hyperlinks look
like links in the print version.
I've mangled the VerifyHyperlinks demo script from Adobe to just give me a
list of all the hyperlinks in the document, and that's as far as I've
gotten. (I suppose I should mention that I'm working with three handicaps:
I'm relatively new to AS, I've got a Friday deadline, and I've got too many
irons in the fire right now.)
I figured that since there is a "show source" command in the dictionary,
that it shouldn't be too hard. Ooops. Wrong. (Well, at least for me.)
I would appreciate any help or any pointers. Is there a good source for
information on scripting InDesign? What I've found has been less than
helpful.
Thanks
jeff
