You can't. That property hasn't been defined, as yet. A new email address is
almost always defined as (Work). What seems to work occasionally is to enter
only one of a work or home postal address and/or set the default postal
address to home or work. Then make the first email address - chances are it
will be the same, even if the default address is home: you may get (Home)
for the email address.. That one at least you can sometimes define. Not very
good, I know. it's not reliable, so I'd just forget about it. Fortunately,
it doesn't usually matter very much.

That one is quite easy:

set default postal address of newContact to work
set default postal address of newContact to home
