Akua sweets - automate alerts after command

Does anyone have any experience with the "automate alerts after" command
from Akua Sweets? I used it in a script to automatically OK a print dialog
box after 10 seconds, but now all the dialog boxes will "OK" until I restart
the Mac, even though the script is not running anymore. I have tried it on
two separate Mac one running OS 9.1 and AS 1.5.5 and the other running OS
8.5.1 and AS 1.1.3 with the same result. I also went to osaxen.com and got
the latest version of Akua. Is there any way to fix this?
