Hello,

I'm a novice AppleScripter, and I have a short question for you all:

Can I make AppleScripts that communicate (assign field-values) with a MS-SQL
database?

Are there any examples out there for me to look at?

Any hints appreciated.

Hi!

We tried a lot, but the only way we made it without an extra component was to configure a XML-RPC-Server with ASP on the WIN-machine with MS-SQL-Server and speaking to it via URLAccessScripting. Lame :-(

Another good working idea is http://www.macsql.com
Works fine, but you'll have to buy it ;-)

Greetings,
