Mainly the Language Guide. Just checked the web site - Last Updated 21 May
99. Three years is quite a long time between revisions!
I find I'm spending too much time trawling the internet to find examples of
syntax.
The Scripting Additions Guide and the Finder Guide (when the Finder's a bit
more complete) definitely need updating for OSX.
It would be _really_ beneficial to see some documentation and syntax
examples of shell scripts (moving, copying, deleting, permissions etc). I'm
slowly building up my own library, but it can take ages to find what I need.
I don't suppose it'll happen anytime soon, but a complete AppleScript guide
to OSX would help. Maybe O'Reilly will fill the gap. I see they're releasing
"Learning Unix for Mac OS X" next month. That should start to fill the gaps.
Just reading posts to this list sure helps, though.
Simon
