[ANN] The FooDoo Lounge

Greetings,

Just in case anyone might be interested, I recently put some projects up here:

http://home.netc.net.au/~sunreal/FooDooLounge/index.html

Most of the scripts are for end users running classic MacOS and many use Dialog Director. Everything is documented to a greater or lesser extent and a lot of the source code is included. There are a couple of tools for scripters as well. Everything - the scripts and the included source code - is free for non commercial use.

I welcome comments and would be particularly interested in getting feedback on how, or indeed whether, they run under older OS versions, like System 7.x. I can't always respond to email quickly, or promise to engage in any ongoing discussion about the code, but I will nonetheless appreciate any and all comments.

One of the scripting tools is a library - uiLib - which I just wrote to provide basic UI services: shortcuts for display dialog. It's had very little testing (i.e. works OMM) and I would be most interested to hear from anyone who might care to check it out and tell me whether it's useful or not. Full documentation and a demo script are included.

Cheers,

Richard Morton
