I tried something similar to that - setting the XML contents to what it
already said & "" but obviously it failed if XML Contents didn't exist. It
never dawned on me to do it this way! Thank you for your suggestion.

I will, if they haven't already read it! I just wanted to see if there was a
logical reason or if there was a "Parse XML <string> with empty lists"
command that I couldn't find.
