There is no such word as "deliminated."

Pia Zador probably meant "delimitated." My Oxford Universal Dictionary
suggests that "delimitate" has the same meaning as "delimit," to wit, "to
mark or fix the limits of; to define, as a limit or boundary." We don't
necessarily need a synonym for the verb, but "delimitate" supports a nice
adjective, "delimitative." So, he has a "delimitative file," namely, a "tab
delimitative file." That is, the file partakes of the quality of
tabdelimitatitude. (That one isn't in my Oxford Universal Dictionary, but
what do they know about language, anyway?)

No, no, no, what Pia meant is probably "delaminated", which is exactly what happens to me when someone sends me an Excel file :->
