How to learn Applescript?

Hi everybody,
I just subscribed to this list and I already bother you with a question.
I would like to learn AppleScript and Applescript studio and I would
like to ask you for some web sites and books that might help me.
I looked at the Apple web site and downloaded from there the
"AppleScript language Guide" and the "Building Applications with
AppleScript Studio" PDF.
I read the Language Guide but I need to get more basic knowledge of
AppleScript.
I think it would be more useful a book or material thought for absolute
beginners and with tutorials.
I also checked some web sites about AppleScript but couldn't find
anything really useful for me. They were full of already done scripts or
too technical for my level of knowledge.
I haven't used AppleScript really often, but sometimes I just made some
little and stupid scripts to do repetitive tasks.
Now I've finally decided to learn it better ;-)
Could you suggest me some books and web sites to look at?
I just ordered "AppleScript in a nutshell" by O'Reilly, do you think it
is a good starting point?
I am sorry to bother you with these question, but I looked in the
archive but I haven't been able to find anything related.
