No "please", "thank you", "appreciated", etc. Apple
employees work for Apple, not you, and as for the rest of
us, many of us make our living helping people like you --
for a fee. When we assist out of the goodness of our
hearts, it's because we feel the desire to help others, not
because it is 'commanded as such.' Don't be surprized if
you only get one or two positive, possibly helpful
responses. Personally, your tone offends me, a first for
any posting I've read this year here.
