I just discovered that there are two separate volume settings, Alert volume and Main Volume.

What I'm looking for is a way to set them BOTH. The set volume "command" seems to only set the Main volume and not too well at that. And shows no effect in the Menu Bar icon. The set volume is supposed to be from 1 to 7, but going from 1 to 10000 doesn't make much difference.

What am I missing?
