Does your Excel Document have any cells that have been double clicked
(active) when you run the script?
No, it is empty and on opening only the cell A1 is surrounded by grey
lines (as clicked once on it).
Or is any 'protection' set on any of the cells?
Probably no, i just made a new document and saved it under a new name.
The only other thing I can think of is you might try restarting your
computer and see if it works. There's been few occasions where Script
Editor was acting up on my machine, but with a simple restart it worked
fine.
I tried to restart, but no changes.
Also, take a look at what Paul sent. It looks like he's got some good
info. Let me know if it still doesn't work and maybe the 3 of us can
figure it out.
I did not yet get any mail from Paul. If he sends it to the list, i get
it as digest every four or five hours.
On my old machine (OS 9) such script is running, but with another syntax
for the cells and with the german names for worksheet etc. But office x
does not want the german names and gives a syntax error.
So i will wait Pauls mail.
