Last I checked, list folder was free. (Its part of Standard Additions.)

I pitch the Library to all users. The price is clearly on the product
information page on the our web site, along with its features.

I merely point out the availability of the demo, which is free for 30 days.
That is probably a good enough clue to most people that the Library, like
many development tools, is a commercial product.
