*How* can I be wrong when I don't like toolbars? It's an *opinion*. I don't
like toolbars...not Eudora's, not Adobe's, no one's. It's not discrimination
when you hate everyone. If it has to float in it's own window, and it has
buttons, I don't like it. Who makes it is immaterial.

I normally agree, and wish the toolbar wasn't there. But I love mapping F keys to functionality and wish more programs would do that. I accept the toolbar (with small icons) just for that.

I especially love the ..."and many more secret..." part" Luckily, other
email apps decided to place their power in the UI, not in idiotic hidden
settings that are a sign of rather rampant insecurity.

I love the way Eudora does this and wish other applications would. Most apps are too oriented towards the newbie and against the Power User. Eudora has more power in it than any other program and that's why I've never switched to any other program (and I've tried all that support IMAP for at least a few weeks).

Every application should have every possible setting customizable like Eudora does -- I make it a point to do so in my applications. Most users will never need them and they would clutter up the interface. But exposing them to the power user is a wonderful thing.

As to the dictionary, yeah, it leaves a lot to be desired. It's been the standard example to a developer of a bad scripting dictionary for as long as I can remember.
