can tell. The security modules are all there, and again, the exact same
script works perfectly if AS 1.5.5 is installed. And I thought that
requirement had been removed with later versions of AS.
Also, I have no folders in my Scripting Additions folder.
I don't expect anyone to be able to reproduce this problem on an otherwise
well behaved AS 1.8.3 installation. The same code works correctly on multiple
other machines I have with AS 1.8.3 installed. Since this topic was discussed
a few months ago, I hoped someone recalled the resolution (if there was one).
The same error results when the script is saved and run as an application.
But thanks for your ongoing efforts.
