Wait a minute, tech support? There is tech support for AppleScript?
Just give us an email address for that tech support and I swear they
won't have much to laugh at in the future :-)
Sorry, I got a bit carried away there. Seriously: the regular Apple
help line won't help with AppleScript problems, aside from *maybe*
things like "Script Editor won't launch." They certainly won't help
you debug your script.
Developer Technical Support will help with such things (I think),
though they mostly deal with people having trouble writing scriptable
applications. However, at around $190 per "incident", the
applescript-users list is usually a much better deal.
