Appletalk CP script for OS 7.6.1

  • Subject: Appletalk CP script for OS 7.6.1

I haven't done any applescripting in about 5 years; if anyone has a quick
solution to my problem below, I'd appreciate it.

I've got a client with an old 7100 running OS 7.6.1. They've got the CPU
plugged in to a power center with on/off switch. If the shut the machine
down and turn the switch off, the next time it starts it defaults to printer
port for it's appletalk connection -- instead of ethernet (doesn't do this
if power switch is left on).

So I need a simple script to set appletalk connection to ethernet on
startup. Is this even possible in 7.6.1?
