Ah. Much easier. And how does one discover such undocumented features?
Are there any tools for digging around in Applescript dictionary
implementations?
Also, I see where I went wrong. I was using Microsoft's Entourage AS Reference,
or should I say, skimming, and whereas I was reading:
make new email address at newContact with data emailAddress
I was stubbornly referring to the "address" class description, not
the "email address"
class, as I should obviously been doing, and blaming Applescript for its
obtuseness.
Thanks for the tips,
James
